>>>Videotips : Kuyasa Kids

The Kuyasa Kids are a performing arts group from the township of Kayamandi in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

These ambassadors from South Africa assist Horizon International every year to help get child sponsorship for African orphans.

These 9 to 19 year-olds come from the same socio-economic challenged area. Nevertheless, they are proud of their African traditions and roots. They are all part of the Kuyasa Horizon Empowerment non-profit, faith based organization that focuses on transformation: leadership development, education, and skills training.

"Kuyasa" is a Xhosa word that means "sun rising." Through the singing and dancing of the Kuyasa Kids, hope is being generated for thousands of other children and youth who have become orphaned by HIV/AIDS.
